Accessibility

ANIVO is committed to making this site as accessible and usable as possible for everyone. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix.

What we support

• Keyboard navigation throughout the site
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
• Screen reader-compatible forms, modals, and navigation
• Focus is managed and restored correctly in modals
• Background content is hidden from assistive technology when a modal is open
• Meaningful alternative text on informational images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology
• Sufficient colour contrast for body text, labels, and headings
• Logical heading hierarchy on every page
• Landmark regions for navigation, main content, and footer

Known limitations

Some areas of the site are still in active development and may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. Known areas under review include:

• Muted or helper text that uses reduced-opacity colour may not pass the 4.5:1 contrast threshold at all sizes — we are reviewing remaining instances.
• The supplement product detail page uses an accordion pattern on mobile; section headings within it are not exposed as semantic headings to assistive technology on all screen sizes.
• Some third-party content or embeds (such as book and supplement retailer links) are outside our direct control and may have their own accessibility limitations.
